As part of our strategic growth, we are partnering with a dedicated product team AviaJet, focused on building a new generation of instant and crash games for the iGaming market.
We are looking for a Product Manager who will play a key role in developing new game concepts and leading the full lifecycle of instant games — from idea and market research to launch and product performance analysis.
This role is part of a dedicated product initiative developed in partnership with Gamzix, and the selected candidate will work closely with the AviaJet product team.
Responsibilities
— Conduct competitor research and analyze the instant / crash games market — Generate and validate product hypotheses for new game mechanics — Design and shape game concepts and gameplay mechanics — Identify and research new game mechanics and player engagement patterns — Prepare detailed product specifications and technical documentation — Work closely with designers, developers, and other specialists to bring the game concept to life — Manage the full product lifecycle from concept and specification to release — Ensure smooth delivery of the product to production — Analyze product performance after release and measure the success of game mechanics — Continuously improve product features based on data and player behavior
Requirements
— 3–5 years of experience as Product Manager, Game Product Manager, or similar role — Experience in iGaming or GameDev industry — Strong understanding of product metrics and product lifecycle — Hands-on experience with: * product hypotheses validation * A/B testing * UX optimization
— Strong product mindset and ability to take ownership of the product from idea to release — Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Will be a plus
— Experience working with crash or instant games — Experience designing game mechanics — Background in data-driven product development
