Our Customer: An AI-first startup that builds scalable communication and field-management solutions used in high-volume, real-time environments.
Your tasks: * Develop and maintain backend services using PHP and modern frontend applications using Next.js. * Design and implement scalable features for communication-heavy platforms with real-time interactions. * Work with cloud infrastructure and services in AWS, ensuring reliability and performance. * Integrate and maintain third-party communication tools, including Twilio. * Contribute to architecture decisions and help shape AI-first product capabilities.
Required experience and skills: * 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer. * Strong experience with PHP for backend development. * Hands-on experience with Next.js for building modern frontend applications. * Experience working in AI-first product environments. * Knowledge of Bootstrap or similar frontend frameworks. * Experience working with AWS cloud services. * Familiarity with MySQL and relational database design. * Understanding of building scalable, high-availability systems. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fully distributed team. * Upper-intermediate or higher English level.
Would be a plus: * Experience with Twilio or similar communication APIs. * Background in field management platforms or large-scale call center systems.
Working conditions: * 5-day working week, 8-hour working day; * Remote work.
