Now we’re looking for a Delivery Manager who will bring structure, ownership, and clarity to our growing portfolio of web and mobile projects.
In this role, you will have a real impact on project execution, client satisfaction, and the evolution of delivery processes as the company grows. What You’ll Own * End-to-end delivery of web and mobile projects * Planning, execution, and monitoring of project timelines and scope * Risk identification and mitigation * Client communication and expectations management * Participate in product-level decision-making, including solution validation and UX discussions * Team workload planning and coordination * Ensuring delivery predictability and quality standards * Continuous improvement of delivery processes * Own delivery across active projects and ensure stable execution * Work closely with founders and C-level to align priorities and strategy * Improve delivery processes as the company grows
What We’re Looking For * 3+ years of experience in IT project or delivery management * Experience in outsource companies * Experience managing multiple projects or parallel streams * Strong understanding of SDLC * Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies * Experience working with mobile (iOS/Android) and web products * Strong stakeholder communication skills * Ability to manage risks and resolve conflicts * English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher
