ArboStar is a B2B SaaS platform for the tree care industry — one of the most underpenetrated vertical software markets in North America. We’re a team of ~100 people building a category-defining product, with customers across the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK.
We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and help scale execution and bring more structure to how the company operates.
This is a role for someone who can take ambiguity, bring structure, and ensure that the most important initiatives actually get delivered.

What you’ll focus on first * Turning ambiguity into clear priorities and execution plans * Aligning teams around what matters most * Ensuring key initiatives move forward with speed and accountability
What you’ll do * Turn strategic ideas into clear, executable plans * Drive alignment across Product, Sales, and Operations * Act as the execution layer between CEO and leadership team * Lead critical cross-functional initiatives end-to-end * Introduce structure where today there is mostly manual coordination * Work closely with the CEO to ensure decisions are translated into clear priorities and executed effectively across the organization * Over time, introduce more structured performance management practices, including: * QBRs * performance reviews * leadership accountability
Your first 30 days * Join key meetings and understand how the company operates * Build relationships with team leads * Identify: * bottlenecks * misalignment * gaps in ownership * Start introducing: * clearer priorities * better meeting cadence * initial performance tracking
Ownership & decision-making
You will: * make decisions independently * challenge priorities when needed * drive alignment across teams
Who you are
You have 4–7 years of experience and at least one of the following: * Background in management consulting (Big 4 or strategy boutique) * Experience as: * Chief of Staff * Operations Lead * or #2 in a 100–300 person SaaS company * Proven experience running cross-functional projects (product + sales + ops)
Nice to have * Exposure to B2B SaaS * Experience in remote/distributed teams * Involvement in go-to-market initiatives * previous experience as Former founder or co-founder
