We’re also an AI-first team. Most of our newsletter content is generated with AI, and this role is focused on making sure the right offers are matched to the right audiences, placed into the right sends, and that the final content is relevant, accurate, and monetized effectively.
As an Email Marketing Specialist (US Newsletters), you’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our US newsletter portfolio, ensuring the right offers go to the right audiences and every send is tracked accurately. You will work closely with affiliate partners, internal content and operations teams, and report to the Hiring Manager / Team Lead. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and launch newsletter campaigns across multiple US brands, matching the right content and affiliate offers to the right audience segments * Manage affiliate offer placement, test and rotate creatives, and optimize sends based on performance metrics such as open rate, CTR, CTOR, and revenue per send * Set up and maintain clean tracking infrastructure, including affiliate links, redirects, SubIDs, UTMs, and branded domains * Coordinate with affiliate partners on offers, payouts, caps, approvals, and account updates * Represent the company on video calls with US affiliate partners for onboarding, negotiations, and performance reviews * Monitor campaign and partner performance, identify winning and underperforming offers, and act quickly to improve results * Work with AI-generated content, review outputs, improve prompts, and ensure content quality before publishing or sending * Keep multiple newsletters, partner accounts, and workflows organized without losing attention to detail
Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in email marketing, newsletter operations, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing * Strong understanding of the US market, especially consumer behavior, trends, and content context in finance or health & wellness * Hands-on experience with newsletter or email campaign execution, including working with multiple sends, audiences, or brands in parallel * Experience with affiliate offers and performance-based monetization models * Practical knowledge of tracking tools such as ClickMagick, RedTrack, AnyTrack, Rebrandly, Bitly, or similar * Understanding of key email metrics, segmentation, and basic deliverability principles * Basic financial literacy: comfortable with markets, investing, and finance-related content. Most of our volume is in the finance vertical, so the role requires a baseline understanding of the topic to work with content competently * Strong English communication skills (C1+) for partner calls, video meetings, and day-to-day collaboration * Confidence working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar in daily workflows * Strong organizational skills, ownership mindset, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have: * Experience with Beehiiv, Substack, Ghost, or similar newsletter platforms * Experience working directly with affiliate networks such as ClickBank, Digistore24, BuyGoods, Everflow, CJ, Impact, or ShareASale * Experience in compliance-sensitive verticals such as finance, health, or wellness * Prompt engineering skills: designing reusable prompts, building AI workflows, and getting consistent output at scale * Experience with AI workflow automation tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, custom GPTs, or Claude Projects
