We help startups, product companies, and digital businesses build and scale software teams through staff augmentation, dedicated squads, and full-cycle product delivery. Now we’re looking for a Resource Manager to join our growing operations and support the matchmaking between great engineers and great projects.
What you’ll do: * Communicate with external partners and vendors: keep relationships healthy, clear, and professional. * Review candidate profiles, prepare polished CVs, and brief candidates before interviews. * Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, and collect feedback from both sides. * Keep all documentation in order: candidate statuses, interview stages, and partner information. * Submit invoices from partners to finance and follow up on payment cycles. * Work closely with delivery managers to ensure team requests are filled smoothly. * Monitor customer payment terms to align agreements with external partners accordingly. * Help us improve: constantly optimize and streamline the resourcing process.
✅ Who we’re looking for: * 2+ years of experience in resourcing, recruitment operations, or coordination in an IT services company. * Experience working with external staffing vendors or freelance networks. * Strong organizational and communication skills — clarity and follow-up are key. * Good written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate+). * Detail-oriented mindset, proactive, and not afraid of a spreadsheet. * Bonus points if you’ve worked with delivery or project teams directly.
