We are looking for a Senior Product UI-UX Designer to join our team for long-term collaboration. This role combines two different work streams, giving you the chance to work on both a steady product and a fast-moving agency environment
Health-Tech Startup You will be involved in a project focused on improving the patient experience in the mental health and behavioral therapy space. The product helps patients track emotions and therapy goals via a mobile app, while providing therapists with web-based tools to monitor progress and support treatment
Agency Team You will also join an agency team for a large electronics manufacturer focused on rapid prototyping and POC development. The team will work on validating new ideas and turning high-level business requests into working concepts and technical solutions
What makes this work interesting: * Dynamics and variety: Instead of a single long-term product, you’ll handle multiple small initiatives and POC swith changing contexts and challenges * Product-oriented collaboration: You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, participating in discovery and validation, shaping requirements, and offering technical or product recommendations * Proactive ownership: In many cases, initial requirements will be incomplete. We are looking for someone who naturally drives clarification and proposes approaches to achieve the best outcome, rather than waiting for detailed instructions
Scope of tasks and ownership: * Participate in end-to-end product design cycles — from understanding user needs and ideating solutions to designing, prototyping, testing, and iterating after launch * Design mobile experiences for iOS and Android, following platform-specific patterns and best practices * Participate in user and business research, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable design solutions * Design user journeys, workflows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for new and existing features * Own design versioning process, design system — hygiene and best practices in design * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, QA) to define problems and create intuitive, engaging experiences * Maintain a consistent design system and contribute to its evolution * Translate data and insights into design decisions that drive user engagement and retention * Present design solutions and rationales to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
What You’ll need: * 5+ years of experience in product/UI-UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful work * Minimum of 3 UX case studies in the portfolio (not just UI visuals), showcasing clear problem definition, design process, and outcomes * Proven experience designing mobile-first experiences for iOS and Android, with attention to platform-specific patterns * Strong UI skills with attention to detail, visual hierarchy, typography, and interaction patterns * Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) * Product-thinking mindset: ability to balance user needs with business goals and think beyond visuals * Excellent English communication skills — both spoken and written
Nice to have: * Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) or the ability to interpret analytics data * Experience in healthcare or mental health * Familiarity with data privacy and accessibility standards
Our benefits: * No micromanagement * Freedom to engage in decision-making and implementation * Ability to work in a team of professionals (the ratio of middle and above specialists 80/20) * Participation in the development of high-quality products * Direct communication with clients on a partnership level * Professional development opportunities ($600 education budget, well-managed processes, communities, internal library) * Health insurance * $600 extra for health care, sports, or mental health * Accounting services * 20 paid working days off and 10 days sick leave * Opportunity to work remotely * Soulful team buildings and corporate events
