We’re looking for a Product Manager to improve and evolve the core user experience across Versus Trade platforms, websites, onboarding flows, and client areas. As a next-generation CFD broker expanding across Southeast Asia, we need someone who is curious about digital products, attentive to user experience, and motivated to turn ideas and improvements into real product releases.
In this role, you will work closely with Product, Design, Development, Business Development, and Marketing teams to deliver UI/UX improvements, launch new features, and optimize customer journeys, research competitor solutions, and support promotional and growth-related initiatives. You will play an important role in shaping smoother, faster, and more engaging experiences for traders and partners across our ecosystem. Requirements * 1+ year of experience in FinTech/Crypto/iGaming, or other digital product environments. * Basic understanding of product management principles: product lifecycle, user flows, hypotheses validation, Scrum, MVP, and core product metrics. * Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs. * Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, CRM systems, or similar tools. * Basic understanding of product analytics and key metrics such as funnels, retention, conversion rate, DAU/MAU, LTV, ARPU, etc. * Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset. * Ability to conduct basic market and competitor research. * Intermediate+ English level, sufficient for working with documentation and cross-functional teams * Fluent Ukrainian and Russian * High level of ownership, proactivity, and willingness to learn and grow in a product role.
Responsibilities * Manage and improve customer-facing web and client area UI/UX by working closely with Design and Development teams. * Maintain the product roadmap and drive improvements and new features from research and analysis to delivery and production release. * Conduct competitor and market research on key user flows. * Support promotional and marketing-related product initiatives, landing pages, and funnels. * Monitor basic product analytics and identify improvement opportunities.
Nice to have * Familiarity with fintech or online trading platforms, especially Forex/CFD mechanics. * Experience working with partner programs, commission structures, bonuses or promotional mechanics. * Understanding of user behavior analytics, BI dashboards basics (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Hotjar, Tableau). * Interest in UX research, gamification, and user engagement mechanics.
