Requirements: * 6+ months of experience in lead generation or IT sales on Upwork, * 6+ months of proven experience in independently managing the full sales cycle (Upwork, LinkedIn, Clutch, Goodfirms, and other international platforms), * Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher), * Motivation to grow in international B2B sales, * Basic understanding of web development technologies (MERN, Python, PHP, UI/UX, Shopify, etc.), * Experience working with CRM systems, * Strong communication and written skills.
Nice to Have: * Experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, Clutch, GoodFirms, or other platforms.
Key Responsibilities: * Independently search for potential clients on Upwork (as well as LinkedIn, Clutch, Goodfirms, and other international platforms), * Pre-qualify job posts according to the company’s criteria, * Write creative and tailored cover letters to maximize response rates, * Manage and close deals with leads from multiple channels (Upwork is the primary channel; LinkedIn, Email, and inbound leads are additional), * Communicate with clients, analyze their needs, prepare commercial proposals and preliminary estimates in collaboration with the PreSale team, * Negotiate, close contracts, and ensure ongoing client support, including upselling and cross-selling, * Work closely with the PreSale and Project Management teams to ensure client satisfaction, * Achieve individual sales targets and meet KPI requirements.
