Responsibilities * Talent Sourcing & Screening — spot top talent fast and know who’s worth moving forward. * Recruitment comms — keep clear, friendly, and on-point communication with candidates and hiring managers all the way through. * Team & Technical Support — manage equipment, tools, and internal processes; assist with technical issues to keep the team running smoothly. * L&D & Events Coordination — organize learning activities, workshops, and team events. * Cross-Department Collaboration — work with Finance, Marketing, and other teams on regular HR processes. * Culture & Employer Brand Initiatives — contribute to projects that strengthen team culture, engagement, and company reputation.
What We Expect * End-to-End Ownership — take full responsibility for tasks, driving them from start to finish with initiative and professionalism. * Experience or Training in Sourcing & Screening — ability to spot high-potential candidates early. * Strong Communication Skills — ensure smooth collaboration with candidates and internal teams. * Highly Organized & Proactive — anticipate team and process needs before they become urgent. * English — able to collaborate effectively across teams (Upper-Intermediate level or higher). * Commitment to Team Culture — actively support a positive, engaged, and collaborative work environment.
