Responsibilities: * Provide support to customers using the company’s products and services * Investigate and resolve complex customer issues, escalating when necessary * Analyze statistics and data to evaluate the level of service * Prepare reports and written information for customers * Develop feedback and complaints procedures * Support and configure hardware for time and attendance systems * Maintain accurate records in Salesforce of support requests, actions taken, and outcomes * Collaborate with senior engineers and third-party vendors for complex issues
