We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of User Acquisition to lead the scaling of our performance marketing efforts across Facebook, Google, and other media sources. This role will focus on driving profitable growth across web2web, web2app, and app user journeys, while also building and managing a high-performing UA team.
You’ll work closely with our product, monetization, and analytics teams to identify new opportunities, improve attribution accuracy, and maximize ROI across all acquisition channels. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in paid acquisition, performance marketing, and attribution tools (such as AppsFlyer or Adjust), and a proven track record of scaling spend in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
Responsibilities: * Collaborate closely with monetization, creative, analytics, and product teams to execute high-impact user acquisition strategies across Facebook, Google, and other paid media platforms. * Own and scale performance marketing efforts across web2web, web2app, and app acquisition funnels, ensuring sustainable CAC-to-LTV economics. * Drive deep analysis of key UA metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, ARPU, ROAS) to identify growth levers and performance bottlenecks. * Oversee setup and optimization of attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust) and ensure accurate tracking across the full user journey. * Lead and grow a high-performing UA team, building internal expertise and optimizing cross-functional collaboration. * Stay ahead of trends in ad platforms, automation, targeting strategies, and creative formats to maintain a competitive edge and unlock new acquisition opportunities.
Requirements: * 3+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition or performance marketing, with a proven track record of scaling digital products through paid channels. * Deep expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns across Meta (Facebook), Google Ads, and other performance media platforms. * Strong understanding of Web2Web, Web2App, and App UA funnels, ideally in subscription-based or mobile-first products. * Solid experience with attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.) and event-based analytics to inform and optimize UA strategy. * Proven leadership skills — experience in building, managing, and mentoring UA teams while collaborating cross-functionally with product, monetization, and analytics teams. * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive CAC/LTV improvements. * Up-to-date with industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and UA best practices across different geographies.
Nice to have: * Experience working with engineering and data teams to implement tracking, optimize product funnels, and support UA automation. * Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets to extract actionable insights. * Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies, with hands-on experience using tools like Google Optimize, Firebase, or internal experimentation frameworks. * Experience gathering and interpreting market and competitor insights from both open and paid sources to inform UA strategies. * Familiarity with the EdTech industry or previous experience launching educational digital products. * Working knowledge of advanced analytics platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) for campaign reporting and performance dashboards. * Understanding of lifecycle marketing and how retention strategies interplay with acquisition efforts to maximize LTV. * Experience testing and scaling campaigns on emerging or alternative ad platforms (e.g., TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Reddit, programmatic DSPs). * Experience working with mobile apps, including optimizing for user engagement, onboarding, and re-engagement.
