We’re seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Business Development & Partnerships Manager to help us expand beyond inbound leads. In this role, you’ll research new markets, open scalable long-term channels, and cultivate strategic connections with enterprise-level clients.
You’ll represent Phenomenon Studio at key industry events, build trust quickly both online and in person, and translate market insights into partnerships that drive sustained growth.
Team: Sales Team Lead, Account Executive, SDR
Requirements: * 3+ years in business development, partnerships, or growth * Proven track record of finding new business opportunities and launching new revenue channels * Experience representing a company at conferences and industry events * Strong networking and communication skills * Strong negotiation & closing skills * Fluent English (C1+)
Responsibilities: * Research and explore new business opportunities. * Build relationships with potential partners and enterprise clients. * Attend industry events to represent the company and generate leads. * Develop and execute account-based strategies. * Support the Sales team with qualified opportunities
