YOUR IMPACT: * Assist marketing team with operational tasks; * Deliver research on marketing activities and analyze content within the Health & Fitness sphere; * Reviewing advertisements to ensure alignment with company policies and guidelines; * Configure, launch, conduct advertising campaigns on Facebook/Google/etc; * Generate ideas for new advertising campaigns; * Monitor performance of marketing campaigns, look for the causes of deviations and opportunities for growth; * Set technical task for creative and content teams.
ABOUT YOU: * Junior marketing specialist or recent graduate in Marketing / Business / Economics / Analytics; * Intermediate+ English level; * Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to work with data, draw insights, and support decision-making; * Motivated to grow in digital marketing within a leading Ukrainian Health&Fitness Tech company; * Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive; * Quick learner, self-motivated, and eager to test ideas.
WILL BE A PLUS: * Experience working with data (Excel/Google Sheets); * Previous experience in digital marketing or analytics projects; * Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads Manager, or holds relevant digital advertising certification.
