You’ll help us find and engage top IT talent worldwide, while learning the ropes of full-cycle recruiting. This role is ideal for someone curious, tech-savvy, and excited to work across cultures. What you’ll do * Identify and source candidates using LinkedIn, ATS (Manatal), and other channels. * Execute given search strategies and gradually learn to create your own. * Approach candidates with clear, engaging communication. * Conduct screening interviews and evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and fit. * Support onboarding to ensure new hires start smoothly. * Maintain accurate candidate data and progress in the ATS. * Collaborate with the team to improve processes and candidate experience. * Stay up to date with market trends and refine your recruiting approach.
What we’re looking for * English: B2 minimum (C1 preferred) — clear and confident in writing and speaking. * Curiosity about technology, ability to pick up tech lingo quickly, and interest in learning about programming languages, frameworks, and industry trends. * Comfortable interacting with people from different cultures and backgrounds. * Organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple roles and priorities. * Proactive, curious, and eager to improve both your work and yourself. * Prior experience in sourcing, recruiting, or HR is a plus, but not required.
