Capital Recruiters is a recruitment agency that specializes in sourcing and selecting highly qualified professionals, primarily in the IT sector. Our clients include leading Ukrainian and international software companies, as well as banks, for whom we recruit staff both in Ukraine and abroad. Who are we looking for? We are seeking a mid-level IT Recruiter to join an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) project. You will focus exclusively on vacancies for a single client and be fully embedded in that client’s hiring process. Responsibilities * Source candidates for open positions via the agency’s and client’s ATS, social networks, and specialized forums. * Engage candidates, conduct interviews, and perform initial screenings. * Present shortlisted candidates to the client and guide them through every stage of the selection process. * Meet with Hiring Managers to clarify requirements and refine search strategies.
Requirements * 3+ years of IT recruitment experience. * Prior experience in sales or at a recruitment agency is a plus. * Strong Boolean search skills. * Proficiency in multiple interview techniques. * Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). * Fluent in Ukrainian (corporate language). * Demonstrated proactivity, energy, responsibility, and exceptional communication skills.
