By combining smart media planning, conversion‑focused creatives, and real‑time optimization through their platform, the team delivers measurable results across social and search channels. Rezono drives scalable growth for clients in e‑commerce, health & beauty, fintech, gaming, apps, and other high‑velocity industries.
Key responsibilities: * manage day‑to‑day relationships with a portfolio of active clients, handling onboarding, support, and long‑term development; * build and adjust performance strategies: media planning, budgets, platform mix, scaling logic; * translate client goals into actionable acquisition strategies across social and search channels; * oversee campaign launch, optimization, and scaling in collaboration with internal teams; * analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and recommend clear optimization actions; * lead regular client calls, presenting results, risks, and next steps; * resolve performance, tracking, or operational issues by coordinating internal teams and stakeholders.
Requirements: * 3–5+ years in media buying, user acquisition, or performance account management; * hands‑on experience with paid social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, NewsBreak) and $100K+ monthly budgets; * strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights; * solid understanding of funnel tracking, attribution, and key product metrics; * confident communication skills and strong multi‑tasking abilities to manage multiple accounts; * Upper‑Intermediate English or higher.
