This position directly influences revenue architecture, strategic partnerships, and the long-term growth trajectory of the business.

What you will be responsible for * Define and execute global business development strategy for our ad exchange business * Build and expand strategic partnerships across DSPs, SSPs, publishers, agencies, ad networks, and direct advertisers * Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities across international markets * Own the full deal lifecycle: sourcing, negotiation, commercial structuring, and launch * Lead high-level negotiations with senior stakeholders and decision-makers * Work closely with product, ad operations, and engineering teams to activate new partnerships * Analyze market inefficiencies and identify growth opportunities across supply and demand channels * Represent the company at major industry events and strengthen market presence * Contribute directly to revenue growth, margin expansion, and long-term market positioning
What we are looking for * 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership within ad tech or programmatic * Strong understanding of ad exchange mechanics, RTB, SSP/DSP ecosystem, header bidding, and auction dynamics * Proven track record of closing strategic commercial partnerships internationally * Strong network across the digital advertising ecosystem * Ability to navigate complex commercial negotiations independently * Solid understanding of key business metrics such as fill rate, bid rate, win rate, eCPM, and margin
