SToFU Systems is looking for a hands-on outbound operator who will fully own day-to-day lead generation execution across LinkedIn, Upwork, e-mail, and other relevant channels.
The person in this role will continuously monitor outbound platforms, identify relevant leads and opportunities, manage first-touch communication, handle email intake and responses, keep the CRM and pipeline clean, and ensure that no qualified opportunity is lost between outreach and first sales conversation.
Responsibilities: * Own outbound lead generation across LinkedIn, Upwork, email, and other relevant B2B channels * Monitor platforms daily and identify new collaboration opportunities for SToFU services * Search, qualify, segment, and prioritize leads based on ICP, service fit, geography, budget signals, urgency, and technical need * Write and iterate personalized outreach sequences for LinkedIn, email, Upwork proposals, and follow-ups * Process inbound and outbound replies, continue communication, and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate internal owner * Maintain CRM discipline: lead records, statuses, notes, conversations, follow-ups, pipeline stages * Track outreach performance and conversion metrics across channels * Keep messaging, lead lists, and campaigns aligned with SToFU positioning and current service lines * Support continuous optimization of outbound workflows, templates, targeting logic, and lead qualification rules * Ensure full operational coverage of the lead generation function, including timely response handling and communication continuity
Requirements: * 1+ years in Lead Generation, SDR, BDM, or outbound sales operations in B2B, ideally in IT services, software engineering, cybersecurity, or technical consulting * Strong practical experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold email, Upwork bidding, and related outbound workflows * Experience managing outreach tools, sequencing tools, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and reporting * Ability to write concise, personalized, high-converting first-touch and follow-up messages * Strong command of written English for client communication, proposals, follow-ups, and outbound copy * Solid understanding of outbound funnel mechanics: targeting, reach, reply rate, qualification, booked calls, pipeline progression * High ownership, consistency, and execution discipline * Ability to work independently, keep many parallel conversations under control, and not lose operational detail * Professional use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Codex for research, personalization, message drafting, and workflow acceleration, which also mirrors the source role’s explicit requirement for practical AI-tool proficiency * Strong attention to data hygiene, response speed, and communication quality
