What is the Role About We are launching a dedicated infrastructure and traffic-processing team for the English Desk (Tier 1 markets — Europe, Nordics, UK) and are looking for a Head of Sales to build and lead our Conversion and Retention departments from the ground up. You will organize the team, set up the processes and tooling (calls + chats via CRM), hire and train 2–3 conversion specialists (in addition to the two already on board), and drive a steady flow of leads into FTDs, followed by strong client retention on trading activity. You’ll be working with traffic going to our partner brands — licensed, well-known names such as PuPrime, Vantage Markets, Ultima Markets and others. This is a hands-on leadership role with direct P&L impact: you build the team, the KPIs, and the funnel — you don’t just administrate an existing process.
What You Will Do: Build Conversion (Lead → FTD) and Retention (client activation & trading) functions from scratch Hire, onboard, train, and develop the team (2–3 people to start, with room to scale) Manage people, processes, KPIs, and the working stack (CRM, calls, chats) Develop scripts, SOPs, call-review and coaching routines Set up and optimize work across CRM and messenger channels (Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram Direct, chatbots) Own and improve conversion metrics (Lead → FTD, retention, average deposit) Interview and select sales reps for the team Work with traffic from multiple sources, including affiliate and partner streams Sell packages / trading conditions to clients, including via a referral mechanic (client registers with the partner broker and makes a deposit) Work closely with project stakeholders and report on performance
What you bring: Experience leading a sales / conversion team at a Forex / CFD broker Proven track record of building a team from scratch or scaling an existing sales team Strong background in call-center / high-volume sales environments Experience working on an English Desk (Tier 1 — UK / EU / Nordics) Solid understanding of sales funnels, conversion metrics, and unit economics Experience managing teams through CRM, with call and chat quality control English B2+ / C1 (confident spoken and written, comfortable leading conversations in English) Ability to design and manage KPI frameworks, motivation and bonus schemes
Nice to have: Experience with Telegram funnels / signal groups Experience working with traffic from affiliate / grey / schema sources Experience building a Retention department specifically Experience working with licensed / white brokers Experience working in international / distributed teams (including EU / CIS)
