We’re searching for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team at DevsX. As DevsX grows and expands, we’re extending a warm invitation to experienced UI/UX Designers.
What are we looking for? ✔️ 2+ years of professional experience in both UX and UI design. ✔️ Demonstrated proficiency in visual design, including a solid understanding of interface elements and their animation. ✔️ A compelling portfolio showcasing extensive product design expertise, encompassing both UX and UI aspects. ✔️ Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Sketch. ✔️ Proven ability to develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and technical specifications. ✔️ Practical experience using project and product management tools (e.g., JIRA). ✔️ Skills in creating and delivering high-quality design assets. ✔️ Good command of English at an intermediate level or higher.
Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Analyze and interpret UI/UX user requirements, conducting thorough research on customer needs, market trends, and competitor products. ✔️ Develop innovative UI/UX concepts for various platforms, including web and mobile applications. ✔️ Create and refine UX canvases to guide the design process. ✔️ Define user personas and map out user journeys, crafting diverse mockups to visualize these paths. ✔️ Construct detailed prototypes to demonstrate various design approaches. ✔️ Tailor design concepts to align with client branding guidelines and hardware and software technical constraints. ✔️ Develop and maintain design elements across various projects. ✔️ Proactively identify and solve UX issues and continuously enhance the UI/UX workflow.
