We’re hiring a PSP Onboarding & Relationship Manager to join a fintech-focused payments consultancy working with global merchants and payment partners.
This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role. You will own onboarding processes end-to-end, from initial assessment to go-live, working directly with PSPs, acquirers, and banks. We’re looking for someone who has driven onboarding cases and understands how to get merchants live.
What You’ll Own: * Full lifecycle onboarding with PSPs, acquirers, banks, and payment providers * Collecting, reviewing, and pushing KYB/KYC and onboarding documentation to approval * Direct communication with partners to move applications forward * Managing multiple onboarding cases simultaneously with clear prioritization * Supporting merchants and internal teams on payment setup and requirements * Evaluating PSPs and payment solutions based on feasibility, industry fit, and geography * Driving processes through to approval and go-live, no dropped cases * Identifying delays, unblocking issues, and improving onboarding workflows
What We’re Looking For: * 1–3+ years in payments / fintech / acquiring / onboarding operations * Proven hands-on experience onboarding merchants with PSPs or acquirers * Strong understanding of KYB/KYC, payment flows, and acquiring fundamentals * Ability to push partners, not wait on them * Comfortable handling multiple onboarding processes in parallel * Detail-oriented with strong ownership and follow-through * Professional English
Nice to Have: * Experience with cross-border setups or alternative payment methods * Exposure to multi-entity payment structures * Familiarity with SEPA/SWIFT * Experience with EMIs
