We are looking for a proactive Salesforce Engineer with 3+ years of commercial experience, who enjoys working across backend, integrations, and UI. You are comfortable in a startup environment, take ownership of your work, and are motivated to build scalable products with real-world impact, especially in healthcare. Requirements * 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development * Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs * Solid backend and integrations experience * Good understanding of frontend/UI development within Salesforce * Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) * Familiarity with DevOps practices (scratch orgs, CI/CD basics) * Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English
Will be a plus: * Experience with AppExchange development (PDO or ISV) * Background in health tech projects
Responsibilities * Develop and maintain integrations with external systems to automate billing and operational processes * Enhance product UI/UX and adapt the solution for OEM / white-label use cases * Maintain and evolve the core managed package used by multiple clients * Implement AI-driven automation for business processes (e.g., document generation) * Perform system administration and configuration tasks * Deliver client-specific customizations (data models, pages, settings) * Build tailored extensions for clients with unique requirements * Provision and manage environments for new customers * Adapt workflows to different operational models * Contribute to product expansion into new functional areas * Collaborate directly with stakeholders in a lean communication setup * Work in an asynchronous-first environment (documentation, recordings) * Follow best practices for secure access and credential management * Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory requirements
