Now, we’re looking for a PPC Specialist for our partners (Health&Fitness company) — a genuinely strong performer who will own and scale Google Media, strengthen performance efficiency, and help us grow in Tier-1 markets with a clear ROI focus.
What to expect: — Real ownership: you’ll shape how Google Media grows, end to end. — Tier-1 focus: US and other priority markets. — Startup pace: flat structure, transparency, quick decisions, no red tape. — Supportive leadership: we value speed, creativity, and initiative — and give you the trust to act. — Strong team around you: you’ll work closely with Growth/UA, Product, Creative, and Analytics.
What you’ll do: — Own Google Media (Display + Demand Gen): build the structure, scale, and optimize toward ROI and growth. — Ramp up fast (first 1–2 months): grow sustainably, not through one-time spikes. — Support Google Search (light-touch): keep it stable, share insights, stay aligned with the growth strategy. — Make scaling easier: improve processes and automation (rules/scripts, feed-based setups, smart bidding, workflows). — Think in funnels: look beyond ads into landing flows and conversion steps, and suggest improvements. — Turn data into action: spot shifts, find drivers, and translate them into clear next steps (creatives, audiences, bidding, placements, feeds, landing flows). — Work with creatives: analyze what’s working (angles, hooks, formats) and run structured tests. — Track the market: monitor competitors and trends to find new targeting and messaging angles. — Collaborate cross-functionally: align with Growth/UA, Product, Creative, and Analytics to maximize ROI. — Help grow TikTok: support or lead initial scaling with ROI discipline and a clear testing approach.
What we’re looking for: — 3+ years in PPC with hands-on ownership of Google Ads. — Budget ownership: experience managing $50k+/month total spend with ROI-first decisions. — Google Search + web funnels: experience with landing flows, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization. — Demand Gen/Display: proven scaling from $20k/month+. — Creative analysis: you can clearly explain what’s working, what’s not, and what to test next. — Automation: practical experience with rules/scripts, feeds, smart bidding strategy, and workflow automation. — Strong analytics: you can turn complex performance data into simple, high-impact actions. — Ownership + communication: you can explain what’s happening, why, and what we do next. — English: B2 or higher.
Nice to have: — Domain experience: Health & Fitness, Education, or MedTech. — TikTok Ads expertise.
