We’re IG Talents — a young recruiting agency focused exclusively on iGaming. We help companies hire from Junior to C-level: operators, platforms, game providers, and the whole iGaming ecosystem.
We’re looking for our first BizDev to own the commercial function end-to-end.
What you’ll be doing:
— Finding and qualifying potential clients: iGaming companies with active hiring needs; — Running cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and industry events; — taking leads all the way to signed contracts; — Conducting discovery calls, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms; — Managing and growing existing accounts: tracking satisfaction, expanding open vacancies; — Reactivating churned clients; — Keeping CRM updated and reporting weekly on pipeline.
Who we’re looking for: * 2+ years in B2B services sales — recruitment, HR-tech, staffing, outstaffing, or adjacent; * You understand the hiring cycle: JD, pipeline, offer, probation — you speak the same language as recruiters and clients; * You’ve owned a deal end-to-end — from first touch to signed contract ; * Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email sequences; * English Upper-Intermediate+ — part of our client base is international; * CRM is your working tool, not a chore.
Nice to have: experience selling recruitment services specifically, or hands-on time inside an iGaming company
