The Role: The role involves functional and non-functional testing for both product development and project implementation. The candidate will be responsible for manual and automated testing of web applications. A strong understanding of client-server architecture is essential for this position.
Requirements:
✓ 5+ years of commercial experience as a QA ✓ Fintech experience ✓ Proven experience in implementing a full test strategy ✓ Proven knowledge in SDLC and STLC ✓ Proven ability to plan, write and execute test cases, working with team members to troubleshoot any problems, ensuring all relevant personnel are kept informed of progress ✓ Experience in system testing and regression testing in Agile environments ✓ Understanding and practical application of a range of test analysis techniques and test methodologies ✓ Experience working with test management systems (Testrail, Qase, etc.) ✓ Working with API testing tools (e.g. Postman) ✓ Strong knowledge of browser debugging tools (dev tools) ✓ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills ✓ Excellent time and task management ✓ Fintech experience ✓ Test automation exposure (Cypress, Playwright)
As a plus:
• Working with Azure or other cloud-based technologies • ISTQB certification (or equivalent) • Experience in handling multiple tasks and modules • Experience with PACT tests • Experience with Percy visual tests
