Responsibilities:
Leadership & Ownership * Take responsibility for the team’s direction, delivery results, and overall performance * Identify risks, blockers, and improvement opportunities early and communicate them proactively * Present progress clearly at any moment: sprint status, roadmap updates, challenges
Team Collaboration & Coaching * Lead by example during stand-ups, sprint reviews, and planning sessions * Foster open, active participation from all team members * Support the team through mentoring, coaching, and constructive code reviews * Build trust through consistent communication and reliable delivery
Technical Delivery * Lead the front-end engineering direction, ensuring high standards of code quality and performance * Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, modern web interfaces (web, desktop, mobile) * Ensure scalability, maintainability, and security of the front-end codebase * Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders * Maintain and evolve the application using modern JavaScript and React-based tooling
Requirements: * 7+ years of commercial front-end development experience * Proven experience as a Team Lead or Senior Front-End Engineer with leadership responsibilities * Strong expertise in React.js 18 and TypeScript * Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS for scalable design systems * Solid understanding of Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments * Advanced English (Upper-Intermediate+)
Nice to Have * Experience integrating with .NET Core backends and RESTful APIs * Knowledge of SQL (SQL Server, MySQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB, CosmosDB) databases * Familiarity with Entity Framework * Previous experience in EdTech or e-learning platforms
