Role Description We’re seeking a full-time Support Engineer with strong Salesforce technical support experience to join our remote team. This role goes beyond basic end-user support—our ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting Salesforce configurations, data models, and integrations. You will assist customers with onboarding, resolve technical issues, and provide guidance on best practices for using DataGroomr with their Salesforce instances. You’ll also collaborate with our product and engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Key Responsibilities — Provide responsive, technical support for Client’s Salesforce-integrated platform;
— Troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce data, configurations, and API usage;
— Assist customers during onboarding and configuration;
— Communicate solutions clearly through email, chat, and video calls;
— Develop support documentation and maintain our knowledge base;
— Relay customer feedback and insights to internal teams for continuous improvement Qualifications — 2+ years of experience in a Salesforce technical support or admin support role;
— Solid understanding of Salesforce data structures, custom objects, workflows, and user permissions;
— 1+ years in a customer-facing support or solutions engineering role;
— Strong problem-solving skills and customer empathy;
— Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
— Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting. Will be a plus — Experience with support tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom;
— Salesforce Administrator experience or certification (strong plus).
This position requires experience providing technical support for Salesforce—not just using the platform, but supporting its configuration and data management. Working conditions It is possible to work remotely;
